For horses owned and ridden by current members of the West Midland Area Club (WMAC) that have not won any flat race (other than a NH flat race), steeplechase or hurdle race under the rules of any recognised racing authority (Point-to-Points excepted) nor any Mens, Ladies or Mixed Open Race
Membership of the WMAC is included in the entry fee
