For horses aged nine years or over only, owned and ridden by current members of the West Midland Area Club (WMAC), that have a current registered Hunters Certificate issued by the Croome and West Warwickshire, Albrighton, Albrighton Woodland, Berkeley, Clifton-on-Teme, Cotswold, Cotswold Vale Farmers, Duke of Beaufort, Ledbury, North Cotswold, North Hereford, North Ledbury, Radnor and West Hereford, Ross Harriers, South Herefordshire, Warwickshire, Wheatland and Worcestershire, and which have not won any race under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted) or any Mens, Ladies or Mixed Open Point-to-Point race, and which on or since 27th November 2009 have not won any race under the rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points included, Hunt Members excepted)
