For a win on or since 1st October 2019 in a eligible steeplechase or hurdle race under the rules of any recognisable racing authority (Point-to-Points excepted) or in a Mens, Ladies or Mixed Opens Point-to-Point races to carry 3lb extra, for two such wins 5 lb extra, for three or more such wins 7 lb. Maximum penalty to be carried is 7 lb

The first two past the post will qualify for the Skinners Ladies Open Point-to-Point Final at Stratford-on-Avon, Friday 29th May, the winning horse will qualify for the Mixed Open Final, Cheltenham, Friday 1st May

The riders of the first four horses past the post are eligible for the £1,000 PPORA Novice Riders Series Final, Grafton, Edgcote, Sunday 17th May.
The first four horses and riders past the post will score points for the PPORA Club Members Races Awards

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
For horses which on or since 1st October 2019 have not won any race under the Rules of any recognized Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted) and are owned and ridden by current members of the PPORA, for riders who up to and including 16th November 2019 have not won more than five races under the rules of any recognised racing authority (Point-to-Points included)
Owners must be an eligible member of the PPORA by close of entries, Riders must be an eligible Member of the PPORA by declaration of horse.
