Croome & West Warwickshire

The Croome & West Warwickshire’s new course at Shelfield Park stages its first meeting on Saturday 21st March 2020.

This new venture proved a big hit with those people who attended the recent open day at the course and it is a welcome addition to the course’s in the area.

A course map and details of the layout will be posted when available.

PENALTIES
For each win on or since 1st October 2017 in a Steeplechase or Hurdle Race under the Rules of any recognised racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted) to carry 7 lb extra
For each win in Mens, Ladies or Mixed Open race in this period to carry 5lb extra
Maximum penalty to be carried is 10 lb.

For each win on or since 1st October 2019 in a Steeplechase or Hurdle Race under the Rules of any recognised racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted)or in a Mens, Ladies or Mixed Open Point-to-Point races 3 lb extra, for two such wins 5 lb extra, for three or more such wins 7 lb. FOURTH RACE – 2-50 PM LADIES OPEN
The first two past the post will qualify for the Skinners Ladies Open Final, Stratford-on-Avon, Friday 29th May, the winning horse will qualify for the Mixed Open Final, Cheltenham, Friday 1st May.
