SHELFIELD PARK UPDATE

 

Owners and trainers entering their horses for the Croome & West Warwickshire Point-to-Point on Saturday 21st March 2020 will welcome the initiative provided by Dan Skelton Racing in which all declared runners will receive a refund on their entry fees.

This new course has been laid on land at Lawnswood Farm (B49 6JW) which has easy access to major roads to Henley-in-Arden, Stratford-upon-Avon, Bromsgrove, Warwick, Worcestershire, Birmingham and beyond.

Hard track which leads from the entrance. Vehicles will turn left by the two trees in the right of the picture. The course is on the left

The fences which have been built by Jim Squires ready to be put in place

Before and after – shows what a pressure washer will do

It promises to be a fun day for all the family with trade stands and children activities plus a seven-race programme which commences at 1 p.m.
