Why not sponsor with us?

Sponsorship of Point-to-Point racing says something special about your company. And within the West Midlands, we’re able to accommodate sponsorship for individual events and across our season at large. If you have a business looking to impress an affluent rural audience, then a campaign through us could represent excellent value, and provide you and us a lot of fun along the way.

Fourteen fixtures across south Warwickshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire comprise our season, stretching from October – April. Approximately 40,000 spectators attend our events in any full season, comprising a broadly well-to-do group of home and land owners, rural professionals and their families who enjoy country pursuits and an aspirational rural lifestyle.

At an event level, sponsorship might comprise naming rights to an individual race, or a campaign of events, at which you could entertain clients in hospitality, or from the back of your vehicle, or via a trade stand.

Equally, our customers often book their tickets in advance, so you could partner with us to reach them remotely, through partnered mailings, or through visibility on our web site, from just £50 per month.

Businesses like Robert Hitchins Group, NFU Mutual, Gotherington Cross Land Rovers, Cheltenham College, Autovillage, Ashby Underwriting, Knight Frank, and Cotswold Petroleum have all used, or are using Pointing in the West Midlands as a vehicle to reach their audience.

Our mission is to nurture and reward owners, trainers and riders who are the professionals of tomorrow. The three counties deliver a huge number of budding jockeys, trainers and horses into better known races at Cheltenham, Ascot and Aintree. You only have to see the trainers in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire to see how many cut their teeth between the flags: Fergal O’Brien, Sam Drinkwater, Tom Lacey, Sam Twiston-Davies, Graeme McPherson and Lilly Pinchin, to name but a few.

Our events connect with rural audiences over an extended area and time and our pop-up events allow us flexibility in the packages we can assemble, competing in all sorts of ways with our professional cousins on racecourses.

For some ideas, or to explain your own objectives to us so we can translate them into an action plan, call Nicky Sheppard on 07813 757487 or Peter McNeile on 07850 091523 or mail nickieshep@icloud.com to understand more.
